Since 2005, the Coalition has partnered with ByDesign Financial Solutions and the City of Fresno to offer quarterly First Time Homebuyer's Workshop to over 525 residents. The four-hour worskhop covers the homebuying process from A-Z, fair housing basics, and local home buyer assistance programs. Participants receive their workshop completion certificate which qualifies them to apply for one of the HUD Homebuyers Assistant Programs.
