Since 2005, the Coalition has partnered with ByDesign Financial Solutions and the City of Fresno to offer a First Tim Home Buyers workshop to over 500 residents. The four-hour worskhop covers the homebuying process from A-Z, fair housing basics, and local home buyer assistance programs including the City's. Participants receive their workshop completion certificate which qualifies them to apply for one of the HUD Home Buyers Assistant Programs.
