The Housing Authorities of the City & County of Fresno, Fresno West Coalition for Economic Development, Design Community & Environment and Strategic Energy Innovations are working together in this process, which is an extension of the successful West Fresno Vision Plan adopted by the City of Fresno in 2004, and invite you to look take part in strengthening this community. In 2006-07, Operation WIPE-OUT worked with 30 at-risk students to help beautify the community by identifying and eliminating over 12,000 sq. ft. graffiti in southwest Fresno. Students also recieved training for painitng professionals and job readiness assistance.
